The hospital on campus is well-equipped. Following MCI guidelines, the 300 beds from various departments received 800 beds, including 650 teaching beds and 150 utility beds. The hospital is very well-equipped and contains 12 Hi-Fi theatres, 5 tiny theatres, a 50-bed ICU, a daily blood bank, and partial, emergency, and emergency care. The clinical lab has been strengthened by the addition of other departments such as General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Child Specialty, Ophthalmology, Chest and TB, Skin & VD, ENT, Psychiatry, and Dentist. Some of the most specialized departments include nephrology with a dialysis wing, urology with a renal transplant unit, cardiology with interventional and cardiothoracic surgery, neurology with neurosurgery, and a polytrauma wing. All of these departments are run under the direction of outstanding day and night skills. Since its inception, DSMC has treated 18 lakh outpatients, and 2 lakh inpatients, and performed one operation.
